Anxiety and Depression

1428752534You’re barely holding it together.

Your mind won’t stop racing.

There’s a nagging voice telling you you’re not enough.

People surround you, but you feel alone.

You’re slowly withdrawing from the people and things you used to love.

You’re exhausted but can’t sleep.

There’s a heaviness that won’t lift.

You can’t keep pushing through on your own.

If you’re tired of cycling in and out of anxiety or depression and don’t know how to change it…

I’m here to help.

It’s not about being analyzed or “fixed.”

It’s about giving you the space to figure out what’s going on beneath the surface so you can make REAL change.

2195503369Don’t filter yourself.

Therapy is about getting real. We have to look at what’s going on.

There’s no judgment or pressure here – just an earnest desire to hear your story and guide you toward your best life.

My office is warm (or cool, depending on the weather), quiet, and comfortable. You can bring coffee, curl up with a blanket if you want, and just breathe.

Some days, therapy might feel like unloading all the thoughts you’ve been carrying around. On other days, we’ll dig into patterns you’re stuck in.

It’s not a passive process.

You won’t just lie on a couch while I silently take notes.

And it’s definitely not about me telling you what to do. This isn’t some cold, clinical process where you’re “fixed” in six easy steps.

Instead, we’ll actively examine your negative thought patterns – the ones that make you doubt yourself, expect the worst, or say that you’re not good enough. We’ll replace those thoughts and beliefs with more realistic, compassionate ones. It’s not about fake positivity or forcing yourself to “just think happy thoughts.” It’s about shifting your perspective in a way that actually helps you move forward.

I’ll also give you practical tools you can use – no weird, overly clinical stuff – just conversations and strategies that help you feel more in control of your life again.

2144449899“Feeling better” often seems so far away.

That’s how life looks through the lens of anxiety and depression.

But the cool thing is that healing doesn’t always look the way you expect.

Sometimes, it’s big moments, like waking up feeling lighter or realizing it’s been a while since you felt that low.

But honestly, a lot of the time, it’s about noticing small changes. For example, you might start to notice that panic or heavy feelings don’t hit as hard or as often, or you may start to realize that things that felt overwhelming are now a bit more manageable.

There will still be tough days, and that’s okay.

But over time, you’ll start to feel more like yourself as those wins, even small ones, start adding up.

Let me lighten the load on your shoulders.

Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help you through it.

I know reaching out can feel like a big task, but know that there’s a kind person who cares who will be taking your call. I’m here for you.

And you don’t have to have it all figured out to get started. Just show up as you are, and we’ll go from there.
